This policy explains how Cultural Echo handles information in Elevator Dispatcher for Android (package com.rashtresh.elevator_dispatcher) and Last Seat for Android (package com.culturalecho.lastseat), and on this website. Contact us at culturalecho2024@gmail.com.
Game progress and accounts
Neither game requires an account or provides a player sign-in service. Level progress, tutorial completion and high scores are stored on your device. Cultural Echo does not operate a gameplay server that receives these saved values.
You can remove local progress by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it. Device backups and restoration may depend on your Android settings and the app version. Removing local progress does not automatically delete information held by advertising providers.
Advertising and information collected
Versions of these games with advertising use Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google’s User Messaging Platform for applicable privacy choices. These services may collect and share:
- Your IP address, from which an approximate location may be inferred.
- Device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID, subject to device and privacy settings.
- App and advertisement interactions, such as app launches, taps and video views.
- Diagnostics, such as launch time, responsiveness and SDK performance information.
Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance. It may process information with its advertising partners and service providers. This happens through the advertising services even though Cultural Echo does not run a player-account database. Neither game requests precise GPS location.

Advertising choices
Where applicable, Google’s consent message explains available choices before eligible ad requests. Where offered, use the game’s privacy choices control to review or change your choices. Declining personalised advertising does not necessarily stop all data processing needed for other ads, security or fraud prevention.
You can also use Android’s advertising-ID controls and Google’s advertising controls. Resetting or deleting an advertising ID does not remove every other identifier. Rewarded advertisements are optional. Elevator Dispatcher offers an optional extra-life advertisement. Last Seat offers optional advertisements for hints, bus upgrades (extra seats, air conditioning and step-free access), or extra time. You can retry a failed run without choosing a rewarded advertisement. Last Seat also displays menu banners and advertisements at eligible journey-completion breaks. Core gameplay can be played offline.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents and attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond and resolve your enquiry. Our email provider, Gmail, processes the messages as part of delivering that service. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
This website
This website does not contain advertising, a sign-in form or analytics scripts added by Cultural Echo. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request information and technical logs to deliver and protect the website. Links to other services are governed by those services’ privacy policies.
Retention and deletion
Local game progress remains on your device until it is cleared or removed, subject to backup and restoration settings. We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to address the enquiry and any related legal or security obligations.
Google determines retention of advertising information under its policies and applicable settings; read Google’s retention information. We do not promise that advertising data is automatically deleted within 90 days.
For questions about personal information you have sent directly to Cultural Echo, contact our support email. We do not currently provide an in-game data-deletion request feature or a service that deletes all data held by Google or its advertising partners. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, object to processing, or complain to a relevant privacy authority. Contact us about information we hold; use Google’s privacy controls for information it holds.
Security and international processing
Google states that data collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. This website uses HTTPS when hosted. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Google and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their applicable safeguards and policies.
Audience
Elevator Dispatcher and Last Seat are intended for teenagers aged 13 and above and adults. Neither game is designed specifically for children under 13. A content rating such as 3+ describes the suitability of game content and is separate from the intended audience. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Cultural Echo, contact us.
Changes and contact
